CLIMATE
This is a mediterranean climate which is characterized by the Regional Weather Information Center by :
- 2800 hours of sunshine per year (more than 350 hours of sunshine in July)
- Pluviometry between 650 and 700 mm on land (900 and 1100 mm in mountains) spread out on 80 to 100 days of rain especially in April-May and September-October
- Average temperatures between 5°C in January and 25°C in July
- Compass card gripped by the north winds (Mistral) which blows around 120 days per year in the "Vallée du Rhône", 70 days per year in the land thanks to the "Mont Ventoux" and the Luberon, East-West orientated, which protect the land from this dominating wind.
